"Why will we be able to see the face of God in heaven when Moses could not?"
Without repentance and faith in Christ alone, no one will see God or His heaven..
ANSWER:
The Bible says that without holiness, no one will see God. And who among us has not been tainted with sin? But in heaven, we will not be dressed in the filthy rags of our sin. Instead, we will be clothed with the white robes of Jesus' righteousness. Jesus' holiness will be our holiness; His perfection, our perfection. Jesus will present us to His Father as though we have never sinned.
People often say, "God is so loving that He will accept me in the end." This ignorance makes me weep! These folks are so deceived about the nature of God that they have become careless about their eternal destiny.
Without repentance and faith in Christ alone, no one will see God or His heaven. A lot of people, even Christians, are confused. They think God grades on a curve, but He doesn't; it's pass or fail. And the only way to pass is by accepting the forgiveness that can only come through Christ and His finished work on the cross. If you have never done this, you can today. You can confess your sin and pray, "God, You are the only one who can save me. I can't save myself." When you do, the Bible says you will become spiritually reborn, a citizen of heaven.
