Field Teams

When Leading The Way began airing its Arabic dual-language programs in the Middle East in 1996, letters from listeners began to pour into our Atlanta headquarters. For many, it was the first time they had heard the Gospel, and the response was astounding. To accommodate the overwhelming response, Leading The Way began forming strategic in-country partnerships to follow up with spiritually hungry listeners. Since then, our Field Team network has expanded to include:

• On-the-ground teams, many of whom are former Muslims, engaging in evangelism and discipleship with viewers in the Middle East
• Pastoral counselors in the U.S. responding to viewers of our programs and Finding True Peace evangelistic commercials
• Trained prayer volunteers leading the lost to Christ at in-person events
• International partners distributing Navigators or making home visits to listeners
• Social media coordinators engaging with those seeking Truth online

Through a vast network of Biblically-trained counselors, seminary graduates, former pastors, and dedicated field partners, Leading The Way is helping people around the clock and across the globe to grow spiritually—making disciples of all nations. They answer listener and viewer questions, help people grow in their understanding of God’s Word, and equip believers to impact their communities for Christ. Sometimes it’s through face-to-face meetings, and other times it’s through phone calls, emails, social media, or encrypted apps to ensure safe communication in hostile regions. As Field Teams engage in ongoing discipleship, the global church is growing and multiplying—even in closed countries and remote regions where churches do not exist.
