Save for Later

Many today are tempted to anchor their identity in career, reputation, or wealth—foundations that cannot stand under the weight of eternity. In this 14-part series, Identity Transformation, Dr. Michael Youssef proclaims from 1 Peter that true identity is found in Christ alone—the crucified and risen Son of God. Rooted in the inerrant Word of God, this series calls believers to repentance, spiritual vigilance, and unwavering obedience in a hostile world. You will be challenged to live with purpose, humility, and holy conduct, standing firm in suffering and resisting deception. Above all, this series issues a clear call to intercede, remain alert, and boldly proclaim the Gospel, as we await the return of Christ and the fulfillment of His Kingdom.

Identity Transformation (Part 5)

Characteristics of Transformed Identity

In this message, Dr. Michael Youssef declares that those whose identity is anchored in Christ receive holy privileges that the world cannot give. Scripture reveals that believers are living stones joined to the living Cornerstone, Jesus Christ, the divine Son of God. In Him, we are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, and God’s treasured possession. Therefore, we must repent of self-centered living, reject worldly pride, and take our rightful place in Christ’s Church. Since this world is not our home, believers must live with eternal focus, intercede for the lost, and proclaim the Gospel boldly so others may find their true identity in Christ alone.
