Save for Later

In this 3-part series, Dr. Michael Youssef proclaims that the cross was God’s plan from the beginning, is the only payment for sin, and will always be the believer’s eternal hope. From the first animal sacrifice in Genesis to the final marriage supper of the Lamb, Scripture reveals one unchanging Truth: sin is costly, God is holy, and only the shed blood of Jesus Christ can save. Dr. Youssef shows how the Old Testament sacrifices pointed to the Lamb of God, how Christ accomplished atonement, redemption, justification, and reconciliation on Calvary, and how the Lord’s Supper calls believers to remember His sacrifice with repentant hearts. This series calls the Church to cling to the cross, reject pride and compromise, intercede for the lost, and proclaim that forgiveness and eternal life are found in Christ alone.

The Cross: It Was…It Is…It Will Always Be (Part 2)

Paid in Full by Christ

In Part 2, Dr. Michael Youssef declares that every person is born with a spiritual debt that no good work, religion, or effort can pay. Only Jesus Christ, the sinless Son of God, could willingly go to the cross and satisfy the Father’s justice. There He accomplished atonement, redemption, justification, and reconciliation for all who come to Him in repentance and faith. The infallible Word of God teaches that Christ was condemned so sinners could be forgiven, cleansed, and brought near to the Father. Dr. Youssef calls believers to reject slavery to sin, live as Christ’s redeemed people, and intercede for those still under sin’s debt.
